On-site list

On-site list

The On-site list provides an ’at a glance’ view of which members of a department, or of the entire company, are present (have clocked in). The On-site list can also be used to check that Employees with the appropriate skills are present in order to meet your staffing and Health and Safety requirements.

To open the On-site list, select On-site list from the Group menu in the drop-down Header pane. It can also be accessed from the Menu and Shortcuts widgets which may be displayed on your Supervisor dashboard. A page similar to the following is displayed:

A maximum of four On-site lists can be added to appear on the page. The list name is displayed in the header along with the number of Employees in the list and an option to refresh the list. The On-site list includes Employees that have been selected in the list's Selection options.

The above example has different Employee selections for each list and uses different List styles for each of them. The number of Employees in the list also depends on any filters which have been applied to the list.

It is possible to display one full page On-site list or multiple On-site lists simultaneously like in the previous example by using the action Maintain On-site list in the left-hand pane. The Employee details displayed in each On-site list can also be configured independently to allow you to view different information in each. For example, you may wish to view separate lists for different departments or for Employees who are 'On site' and 'Off site'.

A number of actions are available in the left-hand pane:

  • Maintain On-site list — opens the page which enables you to modify On-site lists and organise how they are displayed on the main page.
  • On-site system preferences — opens the page to set the Preference for the Data update interval (mins) i.e. how often the On-site information is calculated and updated.
  • Maintain current watches — opens the Maintain current watches page that contains a list of Employees you have placed a Watch on.

Note: the Supervisor On-site list is used to create and maintain On-site lists for the logged in Supervisors TMS User profile. To maintain and modify the On-site list for different Employee profiles and Supervisors User profiles, open the On-site list profile maintenance page found in the System menu in the drop-down Header pane.
