Maintain On-site list

Maintain On-site list

The Maintain on-site list page allows a Supervisor to modify On-site lists and organise how they are displayed on the main page. To access the Maintain on-site list page in TMS, select On-site list from the menu in the drop-down Header pane, then select Maintain on-site list from the left-hand pane.

If no On-site lists have been added, four empty columns will be present.

If you had On-site lists that were already present, when you navigate to the Maintain on-site list page, there will be additional options from a drop-down menu available and the ability to drag and drop lists into different columns.

There are also two options available in the right-hand pane:

  • Remove list — drag and drop an On-site list into the bin icon to remove it from the On-site list page

  • Add list — a list of available On-site lists that can be added to the page by dragging and dropping the On-site list into a column

As seen in the above example, a number of options are available for an On-site list. On the Maintain on-site list page, selecting an On-site list title will open up a drop-down menu:

The drop-down menu contains four options:

  • Modify list — opens the Modify On-site list page, with a number of options to select the display, selection and refresh options for an On-site list.

  • Remove list — removes the On-site list from the Maintain On-site list page

  • Move right — moves the On-site list to the empty column to the right. An additional option Move left will be available if the column to the left of the On-site list was empty

  • Increase width — an On-site list can spread across multiple columns, up to four columns wide. This option will be available if there is an empty column next to the On-site list. An additional option Decrease width will be available if the list has already been increased in width
