Modify On-site list

Modify On-site list

To modify an On-site list, first navigate to the On-site list page and locate the relevant On-site list. Select Modify list from the On-site list drop-down menu. The Modify On-site list page appears.



The options available are:

  • Display options — set the name, style and type of the On-site list along with which fields will be included and how it will be grouped by
  • Selection options — set the mode of the On-site list along with which Employees will be selected and any filters
  • Colour preferences — select the colours used in the On-site list. Use the colour picker or select the Standard or Bold colour scheme. This is set to Bold colour scheme by default.
  • Refresh options — enable and set the refresh time and scroll speed of the On-site list:
    • Auto refresh — select this check-box to update the Employees' statuses automatically. This means that, should an Employee's On-site status change, e.g. someone clocks in or out, the list will update to reflect the change. This is used in combination with the Refresh time option
    • Refresh time — select how often (in seconds) the Employees' statuses should be updated. This is used in combination with the Auto refresh option
    • Auto scroll — select this check-box to allow the list to scroll horizontally automatically. This is used in combination with the Scroll speed option
    • Scroll speed — select how fast the On-site list will scroll. This is used in combination with the Auto scroll option


After making your changes, select Submit in the left hand pane to return to the updated On-site list.
