This is the current release timetable for the Flexipay year end. Any updates will be added to this article as they occur.

All emails to On Premise customers have now been sent out. If you are expecting a Flexipay year end email but have not received one, please contact Support for assistance. As below, please be aware that the updated Flexipay software can only be provided to customers with a valid maintenance contract. If you do not have a valid maintenance contract, please contact advanced.renewals@oneadvanced.com for assistance.
Hosted customers are still in the process of being upgraded. We aim
to have all upgrades for hosted customers complete by 25/03/2022. You
will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for the upgrade to be
performed.

Hosted customers will be updated by Mitrefinch. We aim to have all upgrades for hosted customers complete by 25/03/2022. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for the upgrade to be performed.
On premise customers will receive the Flexipay year end email containing links to the latest software. Please forward this onto your IT team to perform the upgrade. The emails will be sent out as per the below schedule.

Due to the volume of Flexipay & TMS 8 customers, the Flexipay year end emails for this group will be sent out in batches over 3 days.
Please allow 24 hours for the emails to be sent and delivered. If you have not received the Flexipay year end email 24 hours after the dates above, please contact Support for assistance.
