Reporting on Multi-line Tables
Fields like Qualifications, Training Details and Training needs need to be stored in reports that can hold multiple lines of detail. For example, an employee might be trained as both a Fire Warden and in First Aid. These require special reports with Multi-line tables. There are set up in the Multi-line tab of the Report options window in Report Generator.
For example, to use Training in the above example, you would use the Other table radio button and selected TR in the drop-down menu:
Click OK to save the preferences. You will now be able to use definitions from the Training details table in this report.
