Version Number Mismatch

Version Number Mismatch

When upgrading TMS, you may sometimes encounter the error message "Version number mismatch - please contact support".

This error message contains two numbers. The first is the current data version, this is the version that your database has been upgraded to. The second is the current program version, which shows the current version of TMSWeb that is running. These two version numbers need to match.

If the data version is lower than the program version, please check the upgrade documentation for the section on unning Sysgen in order to upgrade the data.

If the program version is lower than the data version, please ensure that the TMSWeb upgrade has been completed successfully.
