The Theme page allows a Supervisor to customise the look of their system, by defining what colour the toolbar, titles and panes will be for Employees and Supervisors, and also by adding a background image to the Dashboard.
To display the Theme page, select Theme from the System menu in the drop-down Header pane. It can also be accessed from the Menu and Shortcuts widgets, which may be displayed on your Supervisor dashboard. When this feature is selected, a page similar to the following will open:
This page is split into two sections, with the left-hand pane displaying possible Actions, and the main page displaying a grid of Themes and the active Theme for the Supervisor dashboard and the Employee dashboard.
The available Actions in the left-hand pane are as follows:
Active Themes - selecting this option will allow you to determine which Theme is active for Supervisors and/or Employees
Dashboard Background - selecting this option will allow you to upload an image, which can be set as the background on the Dashboard
In the top-right corner of the page, you will see the following quick action icon:
Selecting the above quick action icon will allow you to create new Themes, which can then be applied for Supervisors and/or Employees.
In the middle section of the page, titled Theme, there are 3 columns:
Name - this column displays the name of the Theme
Supervisor - the tick in this column indicates which Theme is currently active
Employee - the tick in this column indicates which Theme is currently active
Note: Themes cannot be made active or inactive on this grid, it is simply to display which Theme is currently in use. |
