The Reports feature in TMS allows you to run reports stored in TMS that relate to you and you have permission to view. You can run the report based on a specified parameter such as a date range if applicable and view or export the report to a selected file format. Your Supervisor can add new reports to TMS which you may also have permission to view.
If you have permission, you can access the Reports feature from the menu in the drop-down Header pane. It can also be accessed from the Menu and Shortcuts widgets which may be displayed on your Dashboard.
The Reports page will open with a list of reports to select from:
Note: your system administrator defines what information is included within the reports and what reports you have access to. Your Reports page may be different from the example used here.
Each row is a different report, with the Name column containing a short name for the report and the Description column containing a more detailed description or title for the report. Clicking on the Name of a report will open the Run report page for that report. You will be able to enter the Report parameter if applicable and run the report in different file formats from the Run report page.
Your Supervisor can link reports to TMS features. The example below shows Employee '000001: Andy Overton' on the Employee details page:
A report icon is available in the top-right of the Header bar if a report has been linked to a feature. Clicking on the icon opens a pop-up with the reports that are available to run on this page. From the above example, the Employee details report is available for Employee '000001: Andy Overton' on this page:
Clicking on a report downloads a PDF of the report.
If there are no reports available to you, a 'nothing to display' message is shown. For example:
