Previously, Flexipay gave the option to print P45s and P60s on pre-printed forms, and would place the relevant information in the correct places on the template. These forms were provided by HMRC, and Flexipay users would order their stationary for use with Flexipay directly from HMRC.
HMRC have now advised that the template documents will no longer be available to order for all companies. Mitrefinch have expanded the already existing functionality in Flexipay to print P60s onto plain paper so that Flexipay customers can now print both P45s and P60s directly onto blank A4 paper. This cuts out the need to use pre-printed forms and ensures Flexipay customers can continue to generate and print their employee legislative documents. Now, instead of needing these forms, you simply need to use a blank piece of A4 paper in your printer.
