At Mitrefinch we have been closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 in order to be able to support our employees and customers and ensure business continuity. We want to assure you that Mitrefinch is open for business.
We understand the importance of our products and services to your business and that more than ever you require our resilience, support and ongoing high levels of service to continue during this period of disruption.
As an already largely remote and highly connected business our people and processes are well established to facilitate provision of remote support services. Where travel, visits or face to face work is essential, we have implemented appropriate measures in alignment with Government advice, therefore unless you hear otherwise from your Account Manager or Mitrefinch representative we currently do not envisage any significant disruption to scheduled works or Support Services.
