Group badge list

The Group badge list page is a list of your selected Employees that have a badge number assigned to them.

By default, the Group badge list page opens displaying the Employees in the Group you selected from the drop-down list at the top of the Supervisor Dashboard.

However, if the Preference: Use extended selection has been set in the Selection options you will be able to use a customised range of Employees in the Group function by clicking on the extended Group drop-down list.

To display the Group badge list, select Badge list from the Group menu in the drop-down Header pane. It can also be accessed from the Menu and Shortcuts widgets which may be displayed on your Supervisor dashboard. A page similar to the following will open:

The page contains two columns that lists the Employees along with their assigned badge number. A badge number can be changed or assigned to an Employee using the Change badge page.

Clicking on an Employees name will open a new page with the history of badges that have been assigned to that particular Employee. Also, clicking on the badge number will open up the history of an individual badge, with a list of Employees the badge has been assigned to.

The page can also display the Group badge list at a specified point-in-time by clicking on the icon in the top-right corner of the page and entering a previous date and time.
