Calendar colour key

When you access the Calendars feature or any TMS 8 feature that uses a calendar format, a colour key icon is displayed at the top-right of the page. For example:



Clicking the icon opens a popup window displaying the colour key for all the items that appear on the calendar. For example:



The key shows the colour and a description for each item on the 'Clockings' calendar. Click Close to dismiss the window.


Note: colour keys for different Data types, Absence codes and Worked hours code are defined by your system administrator and so may be different from those displayed here.
