Assumed Clockings for all Employees
To add Assumed Clockings for all employees, you will need to edit the ASSUMEDCLK field for all employees, and change it to Y. This is done using WinTMS.
From Wintms
navigate to System - System preferences. Click on the Clockings tab and set
'Normal day if none on shift' under Insert clockings, as below:
Open WinTMS and open the Mass change menu and click New mass change. From the Mass change screen select Edit records and then select the table as 'TMS employee details'. Select the ASSUMEDCLK field and click Add field. Under new value populate this with Y, all as below:
Click OK. In the Employee range menu select 'All' (or another suitable range of employees) and click OK. Click OK through the Advanced section. On the Mass change confirmation screen click Run. Then click Yes to proceed with the Mass change. Once this has competed click No to another Mass change.
